KVKK Personal Data Notice

This notice is prepared in fulfillment of our obligation to inform you, as the data controller, regarding the processing of your personal data by Mysatek under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

4. Legal Basis

6. Data Retention

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and the statutory limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data

You may submit requests regarding your rights to info@mysatek.com. Your application will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
